Leave of Absence position teaching 5 sections of Grade 6 Life Science:
- An understanding of the New York State Learning Standards, and a willingness to collaborate with Professional Learning Teams is necessary
- Experience teaching/working at the middle school level preferred
- Preferred candidate has a positive attitude towards learning and is able to build good relationships with children, teachers and staff at school
- Organized, detail oriented with the ability to multitask and be flexible
- Calm demeanor, pleasant, compassionate, and collaborative
- Salary per the SSTA contract
