The Extended School Year Program (ESY) runs from Monday, July 6, 2026  -  Friday, August 14, 2026:

  • Must be a NY State Certified Special Education Teacher
  • Must commit to the entire 30-day program
  • Monday - Friday / 8:45am - 2:45pm
  • Specific openings are anticipated. Please specify which program you are applying for:
    • 8:1:2 - Special Class Strategies Program (K-5)
    • 8:1:2 - Strategies Connections Program (K-5) 
    • 9:1:3 - Special Class Connections Program (K-5) 
    • 12:1:2 - Special Class Life Skills Program (K-12+) 
    • 15:1 - Special Class Academic Skills Program (Grades 1-5) 
    • 12:1 - Literacy Special Class Program (K-8) - Literacy Certification preferred (part-time - Monday - Thursday 8:45 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.) 
  • Rate of pay: $55.00 per hour

 NYS Licensed Occupational Therapist / Speech Language Pathologist / Social Worker 

  • Saratoga Springs City School District is seeking related service providers (Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Social Worker) to provide direct service for students who are out on tutoring or home instruction.
  • Tutoring sessions may take place in a public place such as the library, home location, or school building (dependent on students' needs)
  • Effective communication skills Successful work with students with disabilities such as developmental delays, social, emotional and/or mental health needs
  • Modify activities and environmental factors to meet individual student needs and promote success
  • Hours will vary based on the students' individual IEP needs
  • Rate of pay: $55.00 per hour

The Saratoga Springs City School District has an ongoing need for per diem substitute School Monitors.

Location:

 All District Schools

Minimum Qualifications:  High School Diploma or GED
  • Enjoys working with children and has a good work ethic
  • Must be flexible and work as a team member
  • Hired daily as needed by the District
  • Continuously accepting applications throughout the school year
  • $17.11 per hour / 3.5 hours per day
