Keyboard Specialist - Curriculum Development Office

- Candidates must be in title or on the approved Keyboard Specialist Civil Service list; if not, the candidate will be appointed provisionally and be required to take the exam once announced and score in the top three
- Full-time, 12-month position
- 8:00 am - 4:00 pm / Monday - Friday
- Currently stationed as the front desk receptionist for the District Offices four (4) days a week and one (1) day a week in the Curriculum Directors' Office
- Responsible for signing-in and directing visitors coming into the District Offices
- Completing office duties (ordering, mileage, timecards, professional learning tracking, projects, etc.) for a Director in the Office of Curriculum Development
- Desire and ability to work in an environment that involves a variety of tasks throughout the year, interfacing with other departments and building offices, and multi-tasking
- Applicant should have experience providing customer/client service and be able to multi-task while remaining flexible and dependable
- Applicant should have strong computer skills, collaborative work skills, written and oral communication skills, and organizational skills
- Must be able to work in a large team and complete all responsibilities in a timely manner
- Salary per CSEA Contract
