| Certifications/Qualifications: | Must be in title or on approved Senior Typist Civil Service list |
- Candidates must be in title or on the approved Senior Typist Civil Service list; if not, the candidate will be appointed provisionally and be required to take the exam once announced and score in the top three
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office and maintain confidentiality
- Detailed oriented; must be able to manage and track tasks
- Strong communication and organization is a must
- Candidates must be able to multitask and complete all responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Applicants should have experience providing customer/client service and be able to multitask while remaining flexible and dependable
- Applicants should have strong computer skills, strong collaborative work skills, strong written and oral communication skills and organizational skills.
- Full-time, 12-month position
- Salary per CSEA contract
