- Candidates must be in title or on the approved Senior Typist Civil Service list; if not, the candidate will be appointed provisionally and be required to take the exam once announced and score in the top three
- Full-time, 12-month position
- Monday-Friday / 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Salary per CSEA Contract
Responsibilities Include:
- Support the Directors in the Office of Curriculum Development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office and maintain confidentiality
- Detailed oriented; must be able to manage and track tasks
- Must be able to work as a team and complete all responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Strong human relations skills with the ability to manage an office
- Applicant should have experience providing customer/client service and be able to multi-task while remaining flexible and dependable
- Applicant should have strong computer skills, strong collaborative work skills, strong written and oral communication skills and organizational skills.
