School Automotive Mechanic - 2nd Shift

- 2nd Shift
- Monday - Friday / 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm / Summer hours may vary
- Salary and benefits in accordance with the current CSEA Union agreement, which includes NYS employee retirement system benefits
- Current salary is $62,858. In addition, a 2nd shift differential will be paid
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION:
- Candidate must be at least 21 years of age
- CDL Class B License with "P" Passenger and "S" School Bus Endorsements
- Must have own tools for conducting maintenance and repairs ($1,000 annual tool allowance provided on July 1, 2025)
- Minimum two (2) years experience in skilled automotive repair work on diesel and/or gasoline-powered school buses
- May operate a school bus with students when needed
- Must work well with others in a team environment as well as independently
