Certifications/Qualifications: | High School Diploma or GED |
- Monday - Friday / 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Manage inventory: Monitor inventory and place order for ingrediants.
- Plan menus: Plan menu for for foodservice in advance.
- Ensure equipment works: Ensure equipment functions properly.
- Store ingredients: Receive and store food items according to safety and sanitation guideline.
- Plate meals: Plate meals according to receipes and presentation standards.
- Prepare meals: Cook meals from scratch or use pre-prepared ingredients, and in bulk. This may include cooking breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
- Ensure food safety: Follow food safety regulations and monitor food temperatures and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness: Wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, and sanitzie surfaces.
- Team player, good communication skills, and the ability to be flexible
- Prior food service experience required
- Weekends and Holidays off
- Salary per CSEA contract
