Certifications/Qualifications: | Must be in title or on the approved Keyboard Specialist Civil Service list |
- Candidates must be in title or on the approved Keyboard Specialist Civil Service list; if not, the candidate will be appointed provisionally and be required to take the exam once announced and score in the top three
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office and maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to work in a large team and complete all responsibilities in a timely manner
- Strong human relations skills with the ability to delegate and manage an office
- Applicants should have experience providing customer/client service and be able to multitask while remaining flexible and dependable
- Applicant should have strong computer skills, collaborative work skills, written and oral communication skills, and organizational skills
- Full-time, 12-month position
- Monday-Friday / 8:15 am - 3:45 pm
- Salary per CSEA Contract.
