This position is based in the High School Library, while providing student support throughout the building.
- Applicants should feel comfortable working with students at the secondary level
- The ideal candidate should have experience working in a school environment with students who have varying learning and social needs
- Understanding of how children learn and develop
- Preferred candidate has a positive attitude towards learning and is able to build good relationships with children, teachers, and staff at school
- The chosen candidate should be flexible, work as a team member and be willing to learn more about working with diverse learners in our schools
- Ability to multitask and be flexible
- Full-time, 10-month position
- Salary per CSEA contract
