- Candidates must be in title or on the approved Clerk Civil Service list; if not, the candidate will be appointed provisionally and be required to take the exam once announced and score in the top three
- Monday - Friday / 3.5 hours per day / $17.05 per hour
- Applicant should have strong computer skills, strong collaborative skills
- Applicant will handle all ordering through Nvision and will assist with budget-related items
- Able to collaborate, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Applicant will communicate directly with coaches and teachers on items related to budget, awards ceremonies, NLI signing day, FamilyID, and Schedule Galaxy
- Have a positive attitude, team player, and have great customer service
